Knight Rider

I just have to ask why? Of all of the second rate TV shows that could be made into a movie, why why why Knight Rider? It makes no sense.

Because it came cheap? And could be made for cheap?

  2. It's all about the love that Germans have for David Hasselhoff. How can people resist this?

  3. I have to admit it was best left as a tv show. And better with the original KIT and stuff. The movie was quite dull.

  4. k - yes, cheap is probably right. They didn't release a review copy, so I gather that they had no confidence in it.

maia - oh, man, that picture is going to haunt me.

tweetey - i watched a few minutes and was bored silly.

  8. I'm voting joke. I think that comedians were running low on things to mock, so they got together with some screenwriters and they "wrote" the screenplay...

Okay, I'm grasping at straws. I really don't want to think that ANYONE thought this was a good idea.

  9. Oh, and just so you know, it's KITT.

And I am ashamed to admit that my lovely husband just informed me that, yes, it's two Ts: Knight Industries Two Thousand.

I just lost a little respect. How did he trick me into marrying him?!?

    ;)

No, the drunk thing is just sad.

The video is, at least, so surreal that it's amusing.
