Rest in Peace, Frankie Venom
Yesterday, I learned of the passing of Frankie Venom (aka Frank Kerr), the front man of Canadian punk band Teenage Head. Teenage Head was one of the first bands I saw live, and I saw them at my high school. Sure, there was controversy over the name. There was that riot at Ontario Place, but that was all in fine punk rock form. I do have some vinyl. I might dig it out and see how it has aged.

Holy shit, I remember those guys. That's too bad.
My son and resident music critic highly enjoyed dancing to the first half of this clip. By the mid point he shook his head "no" and pointed at the mouse to get me to turn it off. Perhaps Teenage Head doesn't resonate with today's youth.
I have to work tonight but not tomorrow. My girls came home last night... I am so happy..
