The 12" Canadian pressing of the UK Half an Octopus 10" was entitled Quadpus. I guess that's a good name. Quadpus is Half an Octopus.
The contents are slightly different. Both versions contain New Day and A Man Inside my Mouth. However, this version replaces Stop Dead for A Night Like This and includes the 12 mix of Close to Me rather than the 7"mix.
