When I managed my high school's football team the boys used to put their hands down the fronts of their pants to keep their hands warm. Reading this reminder me of that and made me laugh.
so that's why guys do that!
Personally, I think that putting cold hands down there would be a huge and unpleasant shock to the system.
It probably was extremely unpleasant, but they did it. Some things are more important than your own comfort... kicking Wasilla's ass, for example.
